A beautiful day on the Hood Canal set the stage for the wedding of my Daughter Makenzi and her Husband Kyle. Historic Port Gamble with all it's charm was the perfect host. This venue has it all, so many options for your ceremony and reception. This wedding ceremony took place in the quaint St Paul's Church, est. 1879.
The pews were packed with family and friends to witness the vows of two people who began their love story at a 6th grade dance. They found one another again after college and now their love story begins a new chapter.
Professional photographers never have a shortage of beautiful places to capture your day in this little town.
Gather in front of the iconic Port Gamble water tower, take a walk past the historic homes on N. Rainier Avenue, nestle among the tall trees or use the backdrop of Gamble Bay.
Guests were welcomed to cocktail hour at the modern Hood Canal Vista Pavilion where they could grab a drink, a few small bites and head outside to enjoy the view from the patio or join in the lawn games. The lawn area on the water side of the pavilion is a beautiful ceremony space as well.
Makenzi and Kyle then invited their guests to join them in the wedding tent for dinner and toasts of course! After dinner the party really got started with the help of DJ V, who kept the music playing as the bride, groom and their guests danced the night away.
Sunsets never fail to please at Port Gamble and tonight was no exception. And now for Mr & Mrs H...the adventure continues.
We would love to help you plan your wedding in Port Gamble.
We are packed and ready to travel where ever your dream wedding destination might be!
Many thanks to the professional wedding team that helped make this day such a success!
